    At VitaStride, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or refund.

    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Note: Returns must be shipped to the address provided in the return instructions. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or there was a shipping error.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
